With FlexCar, you can get the vehicle you want by paying a fixed monthly fee, with no down payment and no hidden charges. Keep your vehicle for as long as you need it, return it at any time with no early termination fees, or switch to a different one if your needs change. You can also purchase your vehicle anytime after the first month, with no need to decide in advance.

Choose the vehicle you're interested in and upload your ID, driving licence and latest tax clearance certificate. Once your application is approved and your first payment is completed, we'll arrange delivery as soon as possible.

Of course! You can return your vehicle anytime, as long as you notify us at least 20 days in advance.

If your payment is overdue, you'll receive an email reminder. If the amount remains unpaid for 3 days, you'll need to return the vehicle.

Yes. Every vehicle includes free monthly mileage:

• Scooters: 1,000 km
• Motorcycles: 1,500 km
• Passenger cars: 2,000 km
• Commercial vehicles: 2,500 km

If you exceed the included mileage, an additional charge will apply.

Yes. You're responsible for using the vehicle properly. When you return it, any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be your responsibility.

Yes. Every month you'll receive the necessary electronic invoice for tax purposes.

Absolutely. FlexCar offers a simple and flexible way for individuals to get the vehicle they need.

It's entirely up to you. Keep your vehicle for as long as you need it, return it anytime with 20 days' notice, or purchase it whenever you want.

Simply return it to the agreed delivery location after notifying us at least 20 days in advance. There are no return fees or early termination charges.

Once your FlexDeposit and first monthly fee have been completed, delivery usually takes place within approximately 10 business days.

No. There is no down payment or guarantee required. Your only upfront payment is the FlexDeposit.

The FlexDeposit is an amount equal to 2 monthly fee payments, paid only once when you get your vehicle. You can use it in one of the following ways:

• As a discount if you decide to purchase your vehicle
• Receive it back after 36 months of leasing
• If you switch vehicles every 24 months, you won’t need to pay another FlexDeposit. 

Yes. You can choose a higher initial payment to reduce your monthly lease fee.

No. With FlexAuto, you know exactly what you're paying from day one.

Yes. You can purchase your vehicle at any time and use your FlexDeposit as a discount towards the purchase price.

Yes. FlexAuto is available to anyone who holds the required driver's licence, so there is no issue if you are a young or newly licensed driver.

No. FlexAuto offers both brand-new and lightly used vehicles. All vehicles are registered in Italy, fully inspected, in excellent condition and with low mileage.

The necessary documents for renting a FlexAuto are:

For Individuals:
- Last 3 pay stubs and the latest tax return
- Identity document
- Driving license
- IBAN code

For Companies / VAT Number Holders:
- Updated chamber of commerce registration or VAT attribution deed
- Latest balance sheet
- Identity document of the legal representative or administrator of the company
- Driving license of the designated driver
- Company's IBAN code
